2010:Take over of KMDC 2009:Fremach Guadalajara 2009:Fremach Diepenbeek visited by Patrick Dewael, chairman of the Belgian House of Representatives together with Roland Duchatelet, owner of Elex-group.: Movie 2009:Name change of Structuplas to Fremach Izegem. 2007:Takeover of Fremach and its subsidiaries by the ELEX group. 2007:Takeover of Punch Trnava and corresponding name change to Fremach Trnava. 2005:Start of injection moulding in Fremach Morava , to complete the product range from injection moulding (including more components injection) , painting , printing and laser engraving to assembly. 2002:Demerger of Fremach Plastics and EPIQ and new take-over by Jan van der Velden and Johan Thys. 2000:Establishment of Fremach Morava as independent production company in the Czech Republic and start-up of painting, printing and laser engraving. 2000:Merger of Fremach International and EPIQ with the idea behind it to become box build- and subsystem supplier. 1998:Start up of Fremach CZ in Kroměříž in the Czech Republic, to perform mainly assembly activities. 1997:Take over of Frencken Toolshop and conversion into Fremach Toolshop in Helmond. 1997:Take-over of Fremach Plastics Belgium and change of name into Fremach International, including the building and all commercial activities. Fremach Plastics becomes a production company. 1996:Management buy-out by Jan van der Velden and Johan Thys and establishment of the new Fremach Plastics. 1982:Take-over by the Dutch Frencken group, and creation of Fremach Plastics Belgium. Fremach concentrates on 2 components injection and develops in collaboration with a machine supplier, a 6 colour moulding machine. Very quickly, Fremach starts painting and laser engraving and in 1995 aims at the automobile industry. Fremach Plastics Belgium establishes a market position as an innovator within the sector. 1969:Establishment of Kuhbier Plastics, company specialised in manufacturing of buttons for the Consumer Electronic industry. |
