Assembly Interior Trim

Assy Line: We are able to assembly big components

Automated Clip Assembly: We have done many projects involving the installation of clips/fasteners into automotive components and have proven our ability to make custom clip installation tools as well as implement third party tools into our custom machinery.

Thermo-compression: Thermo-compression is a technique of joining together  two materials, without an intermediate material, by the application of pressure and heat in the absence of an electrical current.

US-Welding: Ultrasonic welding is an industrial technique whereby high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations are locally applied to workpieces being held together under pressure to create a solid-state weld. It is commonly used for plastics, and especially for joining dissimilar materials. In ultrasonic welding, there are no connective bolts, nails, soldering materials, or adhesives necessary to bind the materials together.
